Basement Repair and Remodeling
If there were 6 stars, I would leave it. I am a Design professional in the kitchen industry and I will say Ross is a hard-working, conscientious Contractor. Unknowingly we had some wet carpet in our finished basement and then found we had a foundation leaking into the basement of a 90-yearold home. The basement lower walls and baseboards were accumulating black mold. Super unhealthy environment! We had ******** come in and give us a report. It turned out to be worse than expected when Ross and his team opened up the walls. Studs were rotted and had to be replaced, the bulkhead stairs, door, carpet all torn out. They worked diligently, every day until the job was complete. Ross updated me every step of the way giving me a schedule of when and what they were doing. Unforeseen circumstances led to additional work, but Ross was very fair with the add-ons. Through snow storms, they would arrive early and shovel their way in when necessary. It was a real mess, but they laid down new Lifeproof flooring, replaced sheetrock, plaster and paint and every member of the crew was polite, no bad language and even brought my Mother coffee in the morning. I would "highly" recommend Ross and Magnan Home Solutions for the solution to your problem, additions or remodeling!

Major Home Projects and Repairs
Magnan Home Solutions has taken care of several major home projects in my home over the past two years. The work is meticulous, which is why they are the first company I call when I need major construction. They have given me a solid new roof, paying attention to all of the details that were neglected when another company installed a new roof, leading to leaking and extensive mold. I now have a roof that has proper ventilation. We were unfortunate to have had a fire in an upstairs bedroom and needed extensive remodeling, new walls, windows, doors, and flooring. Magnan Home Solutions worked quickly to get our home livable in the shortest amount of time, also helping with the insurance claim, making the whole process as painless as possible. Each project added to the value of my home and actually motivated me to do more projects! Once the upstairs was finished, I asked them to replace my old tile floor on the main floor with matching hardwood. They also gutted the first-floor bath and replaced the floor in there with updated tile and finished all in a remarkably short period of time. The guys are personable and a pleasure to have around! I have to say, the prices are reasonable and after all the projects, I am very happy with the improvements to my home. I will be using Magnan Home Solutions again and again for all of my home improvement needs.”
